Bijiashan Tourist Area is located in Bijiashan Forest Farm, Qingxin District, Qingyuan City, within a provincial forest park. Covering an area of approximately 2,000 acres, it is about 5 kilometers away from the urban area and is known as the "fairyland adjacent to the city". The Bijiashan mountain range has an average elevation of about 1,000 meters, stretching and undulating like a giant dragon in a penholder shape. It has been known as "Bijiashan" since ancient times and has been passed down to this day. It was once the birthplace of Guangdong Province's first original double-person free rafting project, and has successfully hosted various large-scale competitions on multiple occasions, earning titles such as "Rafting Ancestor" and "Hometown of Rafting in China".

Since 2018, the scenic area has undergone a comprehensive upgrade, leveraging its unique landform and original ecological landscape. In June 2022, it was awarded the national AAA-level tourist attraction status. The area has been newly developed with multiple popular online experiences, including the Qinglong Gorge Ecological Canyon Rafting and Waterfall Tour, Forest Playground, Qianguxi River Exploration, Karst Cave Health Hot Springs, Resort Hotel's Mountain-View Endless Pool, and Botanical Nature Science Museum. From forest exploration to rafting adventures, from river tracing and waterfall viewing to "cave" drifting experiences, it truly embodies the concept of "enjoying freedom amidst mountains and rivers"
